If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

For returns, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Some products (like personal care items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
